Tonight I colored a stamp from Heartfelt Creations. I used Distress Markers and Ink Pads. I masked everything but the pumpkins and colored them with the blending tool and Rusty Hinge, Spiced Marmalade and Wild Honey. The rest was colored with Distress Markers. I used the blending tool and Vintage Photo around the edges.

Holiday Card Workshop - Day 3
Here is one of the cards from Day 3 of the workshop. I wish I had more time to play with the new techniques! I love the way the background was created. I never thought of using the scoreboard like this!

Creative Chemistry 101- Day 5
Today we worked with Distress Stains, unfortunately I did not have the Picket Fence one. I used watered down acrylic paint. It worked ok but not as good as Distress Stain Picket Fence. I will have to try these again when I get the right products!
Creative Chemistry 101 - Day 4
We worked with Alcohol Inks. I have worked with them before. I love the backgrounds you can create with them. Since Easter is right around the corner, I choose to use the rabbit stamp from the Spring Sprung stamp set. I did not have any of the colorful Ranger Archival Inks, so I used Palette hybrid ink from Stewart Superior. It worked pretty good!

Creative Chemistry 101- Day 3
Tonight I did not have all of the supplies that I needed. The first 2 techniques were not a problem but the Reflecting Stamping was. I have Texture Fades but none with a large flat space so I used one of the Sizzix Texture plates and it does not emboss as crisp of an image and it seems to smear the stamping as well. Even though it did not goes a great as I hoped I still have fun and learned alot!
